Miranda Boeh is a Senior Associate at LaPete Yeates, LLC.  Residing in Chicago, she has over seven years of experience providing engineering estimation for construction and tax advisory cost purposes including pre-construction bidding and cost segregation work.  Her industries of expertise include retail, residential, manufacturing, entertainment, renewable energy, hospitality, assisted living communities, industrial and distribution, and office buildings. 

 

Prior to joining LaPete Yeates, LLC, Miranda worked at Pepper Construction Company in the Integrated Construction Services Group as a Pre-construction Project Manager II providing cost budgets for construction bids. 

Preceding Pepper, Miranda worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior in the National Cost Segregation Practice.  Her tax advisory services includes cost segregation studies for constructed and acquired properties, repair studies, the implementation of the tangible property regulations, IRC Section 179D (Deduction for Energy Efficient Commercial Buildings) studies and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit (HRTC) work.

Miranda received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Civil Engineering – Construction Management from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Miranda’s certifications include the Associate Constructor (AC) Certification as well as the Green Advantage Certified Practitioners (GACP) Certification.
